Burn with Kearns Develops Fitness Program for Lapides Tennis Academy
Burn with Kearns is working with the Lapides Tennis Academy in Newton, MA in the development of an Off-Court Fitness and Conditioning Training program.
Major components of the off-court training include Strength, Conditioning & Physical Fitness. Players learn that competitive success at higher levels of the game can only occur if they are the strongest athlete on the court. To accomplish this the Burn with Kearns’ program introduces consistent and age appropriate fitness routines that emphasize developing good training habits in the younger age groups, and then utilizing this strong foundation to add strength, explosiveness, and complex movement for the older age groups.
