    Biography:

    Mark is a certified Personal Fitness Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA); Burn with Kearns Master Trainer MMA Strength & Conditioning Specialist; Metabolic Training Specialist; FAI Functional Aging Specialist; BOSU Mobility & Stability for Active Aging Specialist, BOSU Master Trainer Specialty Certification and is a member of IDEA Health & Fitness Association. He currently holds a Black Belt in Tang Soo Do with the World Tang Soo Do Association and has studied other martial art disciplines (Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Hapkido, Shotokan) for over 30 years, Certified Women’s Self-Defense Instructor through Defend University and is a 23 year Retired Army Veteran.
