Review

Three months ago I made a deal with myself to get back in the gym (any gym) to kick start my return to fitness.  I am thrilled I made the choice to train with Kevin Kearns.

With ski season around the corner, the workouts really got me on track to have a great season.  My stamina is back, my legs feel great and it’s awesome to be comfortable on my skis this year.   It’s always easy to find an excuse to NOT work out but Kevin makes it fun to work out.  Between balance, kickboxing and strength training I feel amazing.  He has a flexible schedule and also offers group sessions.  I encourage you to send him an email and set up a complimentary work out.  It will change your life.
