Meet Kevin Kearns | Founder of Burn With Kearns
Kevin Kearns is a respected fitness and wellness expert with over three decades of experience empowering individuals worldwide. Beginning his career in 1990, Kevin evolved from a passionate personal trainer into one of the UFC’s top 5-ranked conditioning coaches, working directly with 15 elite UFC athletes.
Motivated by the loss of his father at the age of 12 and deeply influenced by mentors who guided him through challenging times, Kevin dedicated his life to helping others overcome obstacles, gain confidence, and realize their full potential. Driven by frustration with industry practices that valued profits over people, he launched Burn With Kearns, establishing a wellness brand rooted in integrity, authenticity, and personalized care.
Kevin holds a degree in Exercise Physiology and is a Level 2 Sityodtong Muay Thai instructor, as well as an accomplished author, columnist, and keynote speaker specializing in functional fitness, corporate wellness, nutrition, self-defense, mental health, and anti-bullying education. His philosophy emphasizes honesty, discipline, enthusiasm, passion, and honor. He personally tests and endorses every exercise and technique he teaches, firmly believing in leading by example.
Once the kid always picked last, Kevin transformed himself into an athlete, illustrating firsthand that personal transformation is achievable by anyone. Outside of his professional endeavors, Kevin loves exercising, cooking, practicing yoga, and reconnecting with nature—often found enjoying time at the beach or in the gym.
