I’ve taken the best from what my teachers have taught me and put it into a system that real estate agents and professionals can work with, effectively and easily. Our approach is simple. We want an effective efficient, real-world program.

Situational Awareness Presentation
60 to 90 Minutes | Flat Fee: $1,250
A seminar-style format with Q&A.

Five-Week Series
60 Minutes Per Week | Flat Fee: $2,450
One class per week for 5 weeks. This can also be spread over 5 months . Includes progressive training and practice across multiple Realtor safety scenarios.
Included Benefits:
Access to our self-defense video library for 1 year (techniques regularly updated by law enforcement advisors).
Flexibility to address on-scene scenarios: We’ll answer any “what if” questions agents may have and adapt techniques in real time.
Marketing & Media Support: We can help promote the workshop to the public if you wish, and we can also bring in our professional videographer to film the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

PROGRAM LEVELS
Our workshops are structured into 4 levels so agents can continue advancing their safety training:
Level 1 – Basics: Common attacks, situational awareness, prevention, and de-escalation.
Level 2 – Core Skills: Striking techniques, traveling safety, basic ground defense.
Level 3 – Intermediate: Advanced striking, edge/blunt weapon defense, improvised tools.
Level 4 – Advanced: Striking with all 8 limbs, intermediate edge defense, and strategies against multiple attackers.
Each level is grounded in real-world Realtor scenarios and designed to give agents both confidence and practical skills they can use immediately.
Branding of tactical flashlights is available as well for $4 -8 per attendee
